 Looks Hot, But..., By This review is from: Razer Lycosa Gaming Keyboard (Electronics) I'm disappointed with the Razer Lycosa.It's extremely slick-looking, and the keys have a nice tactile quality. That's why I'm giving it as many stars as I am. There are, however, some oddities with key positioning that I can't quite put my finger on (no pun intended). For instance, when using the tabs feature in Firefox (Ctrl + T), I find that I have to rotate my left hand to an extremely awkward and uncomfortable angle to hit both keys at once. I might not normally have noticed this, except for the fact that I use two other computers at work. One has a Dell keyboard, the other is Logitech, and they're both fine. Something strikes me as odd about the spacing of the keys on the Lycosa. Not being an expert in keyboard layouts, all I can do is comment on what I feel and what I like. And the Lycosa, while nice to look at, forces me to look down at the keyboard to find things quite often. That's something that never happens to me with most... Read more |
