It's a lot easier than having a wrist rest because it moves along with your hand instead of you having to adjust a wrist rest all of the time.I ordered a two pack as it was slightly cheaper than a single pack. It actually comes as two individual gloves (so it's not really a 2 pack). The glove is reversible so it can be used on either hand which is great. I'm a computer gamer and use it on my left hand to support my wrist. I highly recommend it for anyone. The only negative I see is that as you use it constantly, it begins to get a little bit funky as it absorbs your sweat. It's washable though so it's not a sever problem. The material seems sturdy enough to just throw in the wash but the fabric might become coarse and develop bumpy stuff/fabric balls (idk what it's called but it happens on some fabrics). Just in the last month, I noticed that my frequent computer use had caused some nerve damage: my fore-finger would twitch involuntarily while operating the mouse (and occasionally when NOT operating the mouse), which was impeding my ability to accurately place the cursor where I wanted it and was also rather painful. I don't know if those are symptoms of carpal tunnel, but I wanted to nip it in the bud. Sat down tonight, put the computer glove on, and have had NO problems for the last few hours. This definitely takes the pressure off my wrist. It's lightweight and comfortable to wear. I chose it over the wrist pad that sits on the desk because I could imagine myself becoming impatient when the wristpad doesn't line up correctly with the mouse.
