So I recently bought this barrel to replace my very short costly hammerhead barrel for my x7 phenom. my 8 inch hammerhead had unimpressive range and lacked the feel i wanted. After purchasing this barrel it not only helped me with accuracy, but with looks. One thing I love about it is if you break a ball, it just shoots out all of the paint with the next round. Overall I love this barrel and i dont think im going to be getting anything different. If you are on the fence about buying a new barrel like I was, then BUY THIS!

Awesome accuracy and range! For the price, in my opinion, this is one of the best barrel out there. I use it on my X7 Phenom. A little long for indoor as you may require faster corner reaction but for outdoor... it is great!!!!

I have used this for awhile now and it is an amazing barrel. I have not had a single ball pop inside. Great or speed ball, even better for woodsball. Combine this with Special Ops paint and it is a force to reckon with. Dead accurate at 30 Yards, much quiter than the stock 8inch barrel. I highly reccommend this, I would pay $80, $40 is a steal. Get It.

so i attached this to my saiga 7.62x39 and it took me all of 10 rounds to get it sighted using a dime. the rubber is very tough and is water proof. about 2/1/2 to 3inch eye relief and the cross hairs are easy to see. it comes with lens covers but not the kind that flip up. its the covers that are attached with elastic that cup to each end of the scope. after around 200 rounds nothing as of yet has broken on this scope. one thing that might have been a hiccup was that it came slightly loose and had to retighten it but then it was fine. there is not green or red light for this scope but it does have mil dot lines.

I bought the Nc STAR 3-9X40R for a Daisy POWER-LINE 1000 break barrel air rifle that came with a small 32mm scope that was difficult to see with.
The scope comes with a nice dark green cardboard shoe box with silver foil Nc STAR SPORTING SCOPE logos on 3 sides. Inside you get a bubble wrapped package with a pair of wide dovetail low mounts (which you probably will not be able to use unless your rifle has a raised dovetail on the receiver.)

A pretty heavy feeling 12 3/8" long X 2" at the lens side, 100% rubber coated scope body with very good quality lenses.

I purchased this scope for my S&W 15-22. I attached it to a UTG 3/4" riser and it put it right where I needed it to be. I wear glasses, and usually have a difficult time with eye relief, but this scope is great. The optics are clear and crisp. Crosshairs are nice. It took a bit of adjusting to get it zeroed in, but that's something to expect with any scope, just depends on the shooter. I pop this scope off to store the gun, and with taking it off multiple times and putting it back on, it's still zeroed in where I set it. The only thing that feels "slightly" cheap is the power adjustment ring, but for this price, you have to expect a little less quality than you do with a scope you'd pay a few hundred bucks for. I haven't submerged it in water, dropped it off a cliff, ran over it with a four-wheeler, or anything like that, so I don't know how tuff it is, but it's been bumped around and still works fine. I have owned and used flatline barrels on several of my guns over the years. My first was for my model 98 when they first developed the system. I was impressed with the first one and haven't lost that with all off the newer versions.
You have the advantage on the field of a further reach with your paintballs. In woodsball they have almost become the standard to level the playing field. The A5 flatline was a great inprovement over the one for the 98. It was easier to install and was compact. The X7 version is sturdy, easy to install and looks really cool as well.
One warning though. You must use paint that is in good shape. Don't try last years paint out of the closet. If your paint is misshapen or dimpled, use a straight barrel. The paint needs to take the stress of rolling down this barrel to gather it's back spin. This is stressfull to the paint shell and old paint will bust. All Flatlines are harder to clean after a break so use good paint.

I'm a woodsball player, I own two A5's and I can't stand markers that require batteries. After 4 years of playing with a5's I got the x7, this barrel is a necessity. I played with a friend with a stock x7, and my flatline left him in the dust. (we were both shooting air and using the same paint). I also like the fact it's shorter than the a5 flatline. My first day playing with it, not only did I not break one ball (I used a whole case that day), every shot was on target. This barrel is well worth the hefty price, you will be hitting people from very far distances.

I got two of this item shortly after we got our X-7's. We installed it on my son's. We went out to the field and played all day. The difference was amazing. It shoots straighter and further. As soon as we got home I put it on mine. I would strongly recommend this item. We did not have any paint break in his gun. And the marker looks much better with it!
