At 6'2 with an average build I would normally wear a large in most items but I heard this run small. I ordered a XX-Large. This fits nicely with only a little pad bunching at the chest and shoulder when it creeps up, which is not often. An X-Large would have been fine probably but I wouldnt want it to tight. I play woodsball and in full camo I was totally comfortable moisture and heat were not a problem. I definitely noticed shots that would have broke normally take a bounce. Padding is placed in all the right spots. I took a shot to the same shoulder as I did without padding this time no welt and barely noticed the hit. Now they need to make a hat that performs this well. Most shot of the day was to the noggin. Great Product. Great looking jersey and it offers a fair amount of protection, but the sizing seems to be way off. I'm 190 pounds with a muscular build and I always wear a large, whether it's a button up, t-shirt or under armor. Generally they fit me loose around the mid section and fitted around the shoulders. This jersey fits me loose around the mid section but feels like a small around the shoulders. My wife had to peel it off of me and I honestly thought it was going to tear. I would go as far as ordering two sizes larger than normal. |
