I'm writing this review for my son who has suffered from compression fractures and we were recommended to get him a support for the car. Needless to say there are many out there and with the exception of a custom made one it's very hard to know which will or will not work. This was inexpensive compared to others being sold so felt it was a good first try, without breaking the bank. I think it is perhaps 80% effective for his needs and for now it is working, so if your looking not to spend a lot of money experimenting than I would recommend this as something to start off with.

I am healing my lower back pain using this support. It works great in my truck. I am having a problem keeping the cushion in the right position with my chair @ work. I've shortened the elastic...but the nature of elastic is to stretch...so it slides as soon as I move. The re-adjustment takes continuous attention. The support is phenomenal and my back pain is negligible using this product.
