I bought this portable to take the chill out of my garage (even in Florida it's been getting a mite-bit chilly in the mornings.) It does the job quite well. Being infra-red it's a bit directional and would work well as a pipe thawer if needed. A good buy, don't know why I waited so long to get one.

Heater works fine. No Problems. It is better than the Mr. Heater I had that broke. I recommend this heater. I am using it in the garage with ventilation.
