I bought this to replace my $700 Humanscale Freedom task chair after my horrible posture proved to much for the steel base and it snapped in two while I was sitting in it, on the assumption that it was worth a try to spend $15 on a chair instead of over $500 range.. One month later, and my little experiment has been a stunning success. It's comfortable to sit on for long periods and not fatiguing at all and yet my posture is much better than it was. It also looks great in my modern, admittedly on the arty side studio. The white finish looks great and is really white, not silver or beige that's sort of close to white. The pump that comes with it, is nicely designed of a reasonable quality plastic and took less than 10 minutes to fill. I've refilled it once in the month of sitting in it for over eight hours a day, seven days a week.
