These came well packaged and they're very attractive. We bought them to rope off the sides of our booth when we do promotional events, and they're great!

The pennant streamers are excellent unfortunately for us our weather in the spring is windy and rainie and the streamers get shredded so i had to order an additional set. But they are bright and look good on the dock and the birds hate them which is a good thing as they stay away from the dock area and building nests.
