I need to prop my legs up above my heart as often as possible, but it's been difficult to find just the right pillow - my legs fall off easily when I go to sleep, or I kick the pillow away in my sleep. I bought the 6-inch model for sleeping, and the 8-inch model for daytime use. The 6-incher is comfy enough for me to sleep for at least a few hours with it (it actually helps me fall asleep). And the 8-incher gives me instant relief after I've been on my feet a lot. Great products - affordable and perfectly shaped for their intended use. REALLY GOOD FOR TIRED SWOLLEN LEGS FROM LONG DAYS STANDING OR FOR PEOPLE TRYING TO HEAL LEG SORES. DOES NOT FIT INTO STANDARD KING PILLOW CASE.
