I, like most other boaters have struggled to find a solution to the problem of flying a flag off my boat. Most of the other products don't do the job, allowing the flag to ride up or come off at low speeds. Others require cutting the product apart and ruining it, if you ever want to change the flag. I was lost in a sea of useless boating accessories until I found Charveloix Clips. They are simply the BEST!!! They are extremely easy to put on and allow the user to remove them at anytime over and over agian. They're extremely durable and last for years, while being outside and unprotected. The functionality of the clips with regards to holding a flag is adequate. However, the clips will slide up and down the light standard at will without some added clamp to hold them in place. Even with them tightened as tight as they will allow, running at cruising speed, the holders move and cause the flag to skew. I may not recommend them for the future. |
