The rollers are well made. It was necessary to modify them to adapt to my trailer, but not difficult. I seem to have the uncanny ability to make many wrong choices, and the boat and trailer combination was no different, being the trailer was heavy duty, and the boat med duty. After an extensive search for the appropriate rollers, and being unable to find a compatible type, these were my best alternative. Because of their rugged construction they were easily modified with $10 worth of steel and and a couple of hours of my time, they work extremely well. I am pleased.

The units are well made with a good white painted surface on the bracket. They were just what I needed. I bought 2 for the aft end of my trailer and liked them enough to order 2 more for the bow guides. Having a flat bottom Dory this should help keep the boat straight in high wind or fast water.
